November 15th is “America Recycles Day”. In celebrating that day, The Marshall County Landfill and Iowa Valley Continuing Education holds a poster contest for students in grades K through 5th.

• The theme for the contest will be “Celebrate Recycles Day Everyday”.
• The poster must be 8-1/2  by 11 inches or 9 by 12 inches in the horizontal position.
• The work must be original, creative, and your own work.
•  Entries must have your name, address, phone number, grade, school name and parent/guardian listed on the back.
•  Entries must be postmarked or delivered by October 8, 2010 to the Marshall County Landfill, 2313 Marshalltown Blvd., P.O. Box 217 Marshalltown, IA. 50158 or to call Pam Blake, Iowa Valley Continuing Education, 3702 S. Center Street, Marshalltown, IA. 50158.
